I'm nineteen, I haven't been in a proper relationship and I am a virgin. Although I have had many oppurtunities, I still haven't had those things simply because I don't try to achieve them. I'm one of those lazy people that isn't really in to making effort to achieve those things, but it sounds like you are.
My opinion for you is that if you want to find such a thing, then don't expect it to just come to you. You are the one wanting these things, so you are the one that has to go out of your way to find such people. Perhaps you are holding your standards for a partner higher than the type of person you can get? Look for people that would be on the same level on the scale as you, and then go for it. If you hold back too long so that people see you more as a friend than a relationship partner, then you can't blame others.
All in all, there are bound to be hundreds of people compatable with you, you have to be the one to find the relationship, because the world isn't going to just match you up with someone magicly.
