  • I'm 5'8 and weigh 148ish? I started to workout and the muscle that is coming in is amazing...regret all the years I haven't worked out....do some exercise and eat rice potatoes and anything else you can think of that's loaded with carbs.....and after each workout it's always good to have a beer for protein (;
