Is it normal to b extremely hot for guys with long hair

A chiseled manly face and tall? Those are the only types of guys whom i would date. Hair is a deal breaker. I dont think i could be attracted to a guy with short hair. Is this a fetish? I also cannot stand men who are overly sensitive or emotional but seems like every man i meet is too emotional and clingy. I find it too feminine to be like that that id be very repulsed.
