Everything pieced together I can give this advice:
1) You are being possessed by hormones, control yourself you soon-to-be registered sex-offender/rapist.
2) You must have learned about sex from a hardcore porn site and/or Japanese hentai doujin. I suggest you confront your parents about proper sexual education and interaction with the opposite sex you deviant.
4) Calmly talk to her about your interest in her. Not suddenly make a jump to "HEY LETS FUCK I GOT A CONDOM I LIKE YOU AND WANT TO SMELL YOUR UNDERWEAR IF I HAVE THE CHANCE! 4.5) And don't push your fucking luck at that(you creep) when talking to her. If she returns your feelings, then leave it at that and see if it would even be approved by your parents or they'd at least turn a blind-eye.
