Hey dude, I'm a 19-year old in college too. Our stories are similar (see my story): I'm introverted and have trouble approaching girls. And I've gone through what you're going through. There's a girl I really liked my freshman year in high school, I seriously thought she was perfect, you know like "the one," but I was too afraid to tell her how I felt about her. Beginning of sophomore year, she moved away to Texas and I haven't seen her since. The "what if" part bothers me all the time. Now that this girl you like is at your college, consider it a second chance to reach out to her and tell her how you feel. My advice is to just be confident and go for it man. Lay it all out there. Don't let another four years pass by, because trust me, there's not a day that goes by that I don't regret failing to act and missing what could've been a great opportunity for a relationship. Who knows, maybe she's had similar feelings for you all this time too. I wish you all the best bro.
Is it normal to ask her out?
