You are fucking insane! Most people who get injured by dogs are NOT at fault! Google "dog attack" or "dog bite" and you will see that 99.9% of the time, the person did nothing do provoke the attack.
I have to agree with you on this one. One time at my old town j walked by a family and there dog just freaked and bit my leg no reason just bit me, didnt really care about that. Whst annoyed me was the owner only cared when he tbought i was his bosses kid and when i said i wasnt they just kept walking like wtf not even an apology, some people man some people
