Is it normal to always want to improve myself?

This year I have started this habit of always trying to look my best. I go to the gym regularly now, take vitamins, do my makeup, eat healthy, sleep 8 hours or less, etc. I feel better about myself but I'm not satisfied and I think their could be more I could be doing to be a better person.

Is It Normal?

  • I think it's healthy to observe how you're living and to want to keep up good behaviors. If what you listed isn't enough already maybe you should expand your fields of influence by helping others too. :3
