Is it normal to always want to have something in your mouth?
I always have the urge to put something in my mouth, in particularly food. No matter what I'm doing nor what time of day it is I get the craving to go chew something or eat something and it's not like I am hungry. If I don't go and get something, then I feel irritated and uneasy and I find it very hard to focus on anything until the need is met. The feeling doesn't go way at all no matter how long I try to ignore. Even after I go and eat something the feeling returns yet again. It's like a constant feeling to go eat something that never seems to go away. It's very annoying at times and hinders my work.
