With waitresses?

is it normal Every single time I go to a restaurant and the waitresses are good, I just absouloutly love to flirt with them. I always smile and be really polite and maybe just a bit, but not much further than that.
Now get this, I've been makingthis a habit since I was 11! It's gotten to a point where it's just an urge or need to flirt with good waitresses.

My grandpa does that, I always feel bad for the waitress because even if they are uncomfortable, they have to put up with it for the tip - up to a certain point obviously.

Waitresses are paid to serve food. They are forced to be nice. It could be a problem with power for you. You shouldn't flirt with people who are counting on you for payment. Kind of creepy...like you are paying for flirting. Stay away from prostitutes too..they carry STIs.
