  • I say this a lot but, I say it because i feel it needs to be said.. you need a positive attitude and a positive outlet in your life from the sounds of it. Read motivational and positive quotes in the mornings, meditate in the evenings, really notice your thoughts throughout the day. Everytime you notice a negative thought, catch it and replace it with a positive one. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish by doing so
