Is it normal to always stay up after my bf goes to bed?

If my boyfriend goes to bed before me I always end up staying awake until 3 a.m. I just do dumb Shit on my phone and computer that i don't have time to do during the day.... But it seems like when he goes to sleep i don't feel like sleeping anymore, even if i am super tired, and i don't know why. Otherwise, i go to bed at a normal time. It just doesn't feel right to lay down when he is already asleep.anyone else have boyfriend insomnia?
