Yep, good old tinnitus, there's no treatment so you might as well get used to it like the rest of us. :)
Be careful with loud noises and music, they increase the damage. Use earplugs if you're near speakers at concerts or shooting guns or sitting in a server room all day long. Really loud A/C near my desk at work has made me have to break out the earplugs again, I get up and my ears ring more than normal... sigh...
