You just have a shit home life which is fairly normal but you are happy outside the home, so you should try to be out as much as possible. Your dad is a rotten b@stard saying things like that to you, but it's his loss not loving his own son. He is the one missing out coz when you can get away you need never look back.
At your age this could very well just be hormones and you may need some help to stop stressing. Have you tried herbal Kalms tablets?
I'm sure there are plenty of others at the track you could befriend but even being out in the fresh air helps people who are depressed.
Honestly, there are worse off than you. Think of those who can't run or even walk, or those who are homeless. Count your blessings and it won't be long before you can move out.
