My uncle is like this but it gets him in trouble so I say do what I do. I can understand that rush so I decide to use fighting in a more productive way. Praticing different martial arts and learning discipline from it will help. I love sparring and even practice Tai Chi because I'm bipolar and my anger has gotten me in alot of trouble. It's like a therapy. I think you will enjoy martial arts and it will probably teach you discipline to not to always have that urge to fight someone.
Is it normal to always be ready to fight?
