Hey. I failed a class today because I missed too many classes. I missed classes because I was afraid of class discussions every morning that I ended up chickening out. I'd get up at 3AM to prepare for class and write down what I would say for the discussions but end up not going every time cos I get sssso nervous.
I totally get you. I don't know what to do either.
I don't know if it helps, but when you need to reply, just play a role. If you're not being yourself, then everything you do will seem as if not directly related to you and the pressure will go away. Just pick a stereotype and interpret it.
Is it normal to always be nervous?
