What you are dealing with is the new "modern" women of today. These women automatically friendzone guys because of "equality" and it's ridiculous acceptance.
The only course of action is to try and initiate sex, if you get rebuffed, just walk away, no harm, no foul and move onto the next woman. They will eventually learn their lesson or end up completely alone with 7 cats at 47 yrs old.
