Is it normal to almost always be nauseous?

    the doctors told me to log what i eat and note down what makes me nauseous.
    they're so dumb, lol. EVERYTHING makes me nauseous!
    i have IBS, but apparently that's not the cause. plus, i can't be taking antacids all day every day...
