Just because narcissists have loving themselves as "one" trait doesn't mean that the "one" trait makes you a narcissist. Narcissists have more than just one trait; loving themselves is one of them but not all of them.
If you go to someone in the mental health area of the workforce, they will tell you that just loving yourself isn't enough to diagnose someone as a narcissist.
Dictionaries have a very small description of the words they are explaining. To think that a dictionary can go into depth and explain everything about a personality dissorder such as narcissism is just...Well, it's just not the smartest things to do.
Take it from someone that has studied narcissism, simply just loving yourself doesn't make you a narcissist.
