It's normal, but you shouldn't refer to us (narcissists) as "obnoxious and completely self-absorbed"! We aren't in the least bit obnoxious, and if we were completely self-absorbed we wouldn't have time to do all the cool things that you so admire us for.
Take me, for example - I'm intelligent, good looking and extremely talented. I have travelled extensively, I speak several languages, I'm rich, and people like me. This because, until right now, I've never rubbed this in anyone else's face - but nor have I ever felt a twinge of guilt for being so great and living my life so fully.
I feel a bit sorry for you, though - it would be so easy for you to join us, and be an equally great human being! Try reading Atlas Shrugged, by Ayn Rand.

You're not a narcissist, you want to be one though, it's easy to notice.
If you've never "rubbed it in someones face before" then you obviously aren't a narcissist, narcissism doesn't just develop at a certain age.
"It would be easy for you to join us" narcissists would never admit that people can "join them" in their ranks, especially not easily.
You're arrogant. Yes, narcissists can be called arrogant but in this case, you're not a narcissist, you're just simply arrogant.
Also, if you were a narcissist, you would believe everything you explained yourself to be. You would of filled your profile with information about you as if people want to see it and you would want to post a picture of yourself to show off how good looking you are in the merchandice you bought with all your so called riches.
Typical self proclaimed narcissist. It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic and easily proven wrong.
