I've added a lot of random people on my facebook. Its a good place to meet people, not only a place for people you know, that can get a bit boring. I even met up with one of the random girls and hit it off with her, we still friends. If you add someone, you can always delete them if you dont like them. Sadly I've had to deactivate my facebook account as my girlfriend thinks I'm too popular with the girls, although its more that shes just very jealous over me.
Is it normal to add someone on Facebook that you don't really know?
