Hi! I'm a 20-year-old straight ecuadorian girl. I added a girl on Facebook because I wanted to be friends with her and we have one mutual friend. I also happen to think she's gorgeous... I would like to get to know her.
Do you think it was a "normal" thing to do or will she consider me a lesbian if I want to be friends with her out of nowhere?

    LMAO. I've had that, "What if she thinks I'm lesbo?" feeling tons of times. Go for it! It's healthy to have girl friends.

    Right now I'm making friends with this girl I used to be acquaintances with. I feel like Paul Rudd in the movie, I Love You Man. :/

    I don't like it when people I don't know try to "friend" me on Facebook. I assume they're either mentally unstable, perverted, or trying to scam me.

    I hate people like you. Who add other people who they don't know. Ever heard of get a life and get some friends? It's so annoying having to reject 10 people a day who you don't know. Stop wasting our time, we don't want to be friends w/ you!!! Sheesh.

    No I am going to tell you right now it is a pedophile or a rapist. They know that women are more likely to friend women so they will pretend to be a girl. Also if they have a sexy girl picture they know the boys will agree and say yes. I know Only from experience since I freinded this weird chick and they suddenly changed it and say to me. Guess what I am a guy.

      Serene, I would be a 'big lesbo' for sure if I didn't like guys and if I didn't have a boyfriend, which I do, and who is absolutely amazing. Additionally, I can admit when a girl is in fact pretty, nice-looking or gorgeous, I'm not envious of anyone ._.

      And for the rest, I did go for it but there's no reply :/

    It sounds like you might fancy her in a slightly different way. All you can do is take a chance. You'll never know her if you don't take the chance. If it doesn't work out, then you haven't lost anything.
