There have been times where I have been extremely angry. I felt red, my skin was reddish and I felt overheated. However, I do not recall seeing red. It could be that the raised blood pressure effects some component in your eye. Perhaps, you should worry about that and ask an eye doctor. You should really worry even more if during your anger the blood vessels in your eyes begin to rupture.
I get hot and turn red too. Sometimes when I get really angry I get dizzy and have this intoxicated feeling like I'm on some sort of bad trip and I feel out of control. It freaks me out too much so now I just have to get away from what's pissing me off and breathe.
It wasn't always this way so I don't know what happened to me. But there's a good side to it in that now I don't watch stuff on TV that upsets me and I don't spend much time with people who make me feel this way anymore.
I'm glad that you've find ways to regulate it. I've noticed that my red moments where usually with relatives who were stepping on my last nerve. They are just so infuriating!!! But they infuriate me less because I've stopped visiting the majority of them.
During those moments, I was dizzy. I felt light headed and I think I would even have headaches. My vocal cords would be practically hoarse by the time that feeling started to kick in. Sometimes, it wouldn't take long for me to get over it but others it took a long time, especially since there would be other things to make me agitated.
Is it normal to ACTUALLY see red when mad?
