Is it normal to act out when you want sex?

I feel like I haven't gotten laid since the ice age. So I've been acting out all the time and it's just pissing people off. I want to stop but I am not allowed to have sex because of my partner. Am I normal for acting out?

Is It Normal?

  • If your partner doesn't want sex because you've recently started dating thats normal on their part. If you've been having sex and they suddenly stop then tell them you want to go to talk to someone to sort this out.

  • Most people just have sex with their partner. Is this not an option?

  • 'acting out' is a childish term. Grow up.

  • I can understand your frustration because as humans in is animal instict to crave sex in order to procrate and pass on our genes and of course out of instinct. I had a boyfriend who showed no interest in taking our relationship to the next level so yes I went out and got in from someone else and it was the best sex that I have ever had. I am not suggesting that you do the same heaven forbid! but in some instances I can see how it happens. (If I'd have had my needs satisfied by my partener then I wouldn't have gone looking elsewhere as far I'm concerned it's as simple as that) xxx

  • I think if you've been having sex as a couple and you stop having sex this should be examined. Personally I think its fair to ask your partner to go to a therapist either as part of a couple or on their own. There may be a reason behind the lack of sex: stress, unresolved problems or even a medical problem that your partner is experiencing.
