Whenever I see someone play on their phone while driving in New York City I Feel the urge to go to their windows and tell them to get off the phone or else they are going to get into an accident. Is it normal?

    I think it should be legal to shoot out their tires.
    They are worse than drunk drivers.

    i have been in cars in new york and at times five miles per hour and taking on your cell is safe. But so is drinking a 20 oz coke and you all outlawed that for a time. i think you are all nuts is what i think. Enjoy the weather.
