Jealousy? She sounds like a nut job.
Perhaps it's because he's moved on, but she hasn't? I doubt there's much you can do except support your husband. Make sure he can continue to contact her, and perhaps visit the kids without you. Hopefully she'll either calm down or the kids will move out (you didn't mention ages) and you can see them on terms other than the mum's.
