One of the annoying things about getting older... for me... was looking back regularly (like at old photos) and realizing that a few years previous I had looked pretty darn good. But of course whatever my age, I could never see it because I was always so busy worrying about how I didn't look good *enough*.
This is probably going to sound stupid and unbelievable to you, but it's true: now, when I'm OVER 40, most of the time I like the way I look!!
My attitude towards myself gradually changed after years of observing others, and finally realizing that attractive people come in all ages & it's really not about youth. I hope you can figure out a way to embrace the truth of what I'm saying, and find that enjoyment much sooner than I did! =D
