I remember on a camping holiday in my late teens... Brushing teeth next to my friend and he suddenly asks what I'm doing.. Err.. brushing my tongue. He'd never done it and though it was weird but I always have and thought it was weird not to.

What too? It needs some more words to be a sentence.

Although ending the sentence with a preposition was admittedly slightly clumsy.

My dentist gave me a tongue scraper. It's awesome! Works better than brushing.

  • Don't brush too hard, but yes, brushing your tongue is normal and more people should do it. It's just as important as brushing your teeth. (Don't forget to floss, too.)
