I would never do this - purely because I wouldn't think of it.
It's a bit odd, and obviously not morally sound, but it must be nice to be able to relax like that and think of how much better of you are than all those poor bastards stuck in traffic.
In a way, it's nice to be a bit sadistic sometimes.
