I had the same problem with this gf of mine. It went away and we always had great sex we both enjoyed after. It was very hard for her to take because she blamed herself of course. I had no answer for her either and had to be careful not to hurt her feelings. It started to become a worry for me and that's all i thought about instead of just enjoying myself. Just keep going and let things work themselves out. I'm glad we did that and soon it just was never a thought anymore.
