  • You should see a doctor. I'll admit, that I can relate. At this time, I have been trying to ease myself into going normally... Things that have been helping me are: coconut ice cream, coffee (but it only works properly of pared with the coconut ice cream or if have drunken water), Perrier sparkling water, eating certain yogurts or fruit and their peel have greatly helped me in the past, more veggies (like spinach), and beans.

    • Eat some yogurt with fruit and grandola, I sometime get in tough position cause it make me have to poop when I can =O

    • The more beans the better. I eat beans for all my meals and I am regular. Of course I do fart alot

      • Azuki beans are nice, Soybeans too. Though, I would say that in this circumstance that the Azuki beans seem to work quite well with just a little bit of trapdoor wind. However, the amount seem to greatly depend on exactly how constipated I am...
