Is it normal there's always this escape with nightmares?

Whenever I have a nightmare (someone chasing me or trying to capture me) I always find a room with a dollhouse in it. I move the dollhouse, and find a vent which only I can fit through. Shortly after, the dream ends. The last time I had a dream about the vent, the dollhouse was gone, and the vent had been sealed up with cotton. I found my way around the cotton and could still fit through. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced similar dreams?

    I find this dream very specific and interesting,
    but no I haven't had a similar dream.
    Although its cool that you remember so vividly
    the specifics of the dream.

    I usually forget mine the second I wake
