While the line is blurred for me because my bff is my boyfriend, I think this definitely sounds like he likes you and wants break up with his girlfriend and be with you. I advise telling him that you're not interested while he is currently in a relationship (or just tell him you're not interest at all, you didn't say whether you were :P)
Oh well I might do that! Yeah, I think I like him, I'm not really sure if he would break up with her cause he tells me about all the problems they've had and once he said he couldn't dumped her, that she could do it anytime she wanted but he couldn't cause he would feel "bad". But it deff is worth a try, I think?
