I'm.in the same situation but he's not in my "jurisdiction" and his whole family is on wellfare and insane. He's the only person i truly have a heart for amongst his shit bags for family members. The child is 11 and he literally shits his pants and the only power i have is call CPS but it would only make it worse. Anyways.
