Is it normal the letters were gray?
I was on Facebook, and I was typing a message to my boyfriend. The letters I typed were gray instead of black. When I clicked on the send button, it wouldn't send. I was also on the phone with him, and I told him about it. He told me to close the program then reopen it. After I did this, typing the message worked normally.
