  • Like many other medicines, the "side affects" should cease with regular use. However, it doesn't take long for your tolerance to dissipate with cannabis. I smoke a bowl every night and it doesn't affect me much, aside from making me meditative, sleepy and happy. But if I go 2 or 3 days without I might get a little anxiety when I smoke again.

    • I am curious if there are any unwanted affects you experience , when smoking after a break ? I assume when taking a break it can almost hit you like it does a beginner . I haven't been smoking every night since i didn't have weed a couple days . I did get some over the weekend to hold me off though so i will most likely be smoking every day in the evening so i can relax and get to sleep . I guess i won't be with these sativa's but i guess it will still help with my tolerance . I roll just normal size joints and smoke very little .. usually one puff until i build a tolerance up to that strain then sometimes 2 or 3 hits . I don't know how long it takes for the tolerance to rise and the high to change because people say beginners get a different high than regular users .

      • I do get such side effects after a break like increased anxiety and paranoia...it doesn't really get any worse than that for me. I've been smoking almost 12 years now so I can handle it pretty well most of the time with mind over matter and making sure I'm in a comfortable environment before partaking.

The high is never quite the same as when one first starts smoking. Those times are irreplaceable, for better or worse haha. Even when I quit for months it was close, but not the same. I mostly didn't get any anxiety when I first started ( aside from my second time...), but after a couple of years I began to sometimes become immobilized and nauseous, maybe a little tunnel vision while lying on the driveway or couch after toking. To be fair, I was probably smoking way to much back then.

It sounds like you're doing it right. Just pay attention to the things tha cause you to react positively or negatively, like where you choose to smoke, who you talk to, what's going on in the background how much/type of food you ate , etc, and eventually you will know exactly how to optimize the experience.

        • What an awesome response! thanks a lot . I really enjoyed reading this :) I have had the tunnel vision before but also some other wild experiences when over smoking . I have had audio hallucinations .. hearing weird odd sounds , conversation around me echoing . I have had my perception really distorted , things look small or big or i feel small or big , tunnel vision . I have had frame rate vision , where it feels like you are constantly blinking ( its not a cool feeling for the people who have had this ) I have had everything look animated , like i am in a cartoon world . With all this of course comes a ton of anxiety , pure panic attack . I don't like any of these effects though which people say why do i complain "they wish they could feel that" I sure don't wish it , that's why i smoke low amounts to just get high and not thrown onto acid trips lol

what is the wildest effects and experiences you ever had with cannabis!?
