I can see that. However a big part also lies in peoples thoughts that they are lesser beings while we dont see that. We see them as equal. Not as property but as individuals and everything that that entails.
Like even looking at the bible you can pretty much do whatever you like with them, it even goes as far as stating they cant go into heaven because they are soulless. But god forbid you form a relationship with one and have consensual sex.
Many people pick and choose what they want to follow and beilive in the bible. This matter is one that is most popular it seems. And just as a community in general we couldnt be more disgusted by it.
You remember my stance on circumcision? Abd how I get carried away in my frustrations in it. Well I've been seeing and hearing whole tangents on the abuse they receive in these regards. People "fixing" them before they are even fully grown and sexually mature wich is bad for them. Imagine cutting 9ff your sons balls when hes 13. Pretty disgusting thought yea?
Idk that's just a taste really if our stances and beilifs. If youd like I can send you a link to a wonderful podcast that is both educational and entertaining. However there is some stuff in it thatll make you uncomfortable.
Exactly they do. Animals they can and do communicate with us. You just have to watch and listen while seeing them as your equal. It opens your world to so much. So much understanding. It's truly beautiful
