    Or maybe like if you kept going do you ever wonder if it might be a cramp coming on ? Potassium in bananas is good to fend off cramps, just in case you think it could turn to cramps.

    My toes twitch when I rub my clit, but that's because I had a spinal cord injury. Have you had any injury like that?
