I've never been dumb enough to put some unknown chemical brewed up by an unregulated chemist into my body, so I can't speak from experience.
However, from what I've read, increased sex-drive is a very common effect of meth. Which is really ironic, given how meth-heads end up looking like crap and smelling like it too, since they lose all interest in personal hygiene and eating well.
As far as the gay thing goes, what WeirdGuy says makes sense to me: taking meth is not going to turn you gay. You having these thoughts when you're high suggests that they've always been lurking somewhere in your head, and the meth has both ramped up your libido and suppressed your inhibitions enough for you to acknowledge them.
