Since I could remember I would be aroused by womens feet and women suffering or dying. I would masturbate to that since I could masturbate since I had memory. As I grew older it went away but one day I saw Hostel part 2 and there where many scenes where women got killed and it really turned me on and I remembered what I used to think about as a child.     Typically when a man is aroused by things like this it would be because he's been rejected by or is afraid of women. Since this started at such an early age, maybe you have issues with your mother. Maybe shes a very dominant, cold or aggressive woman, or maybe she was very strict or abusive when you were growing up. Either way, I wouldn't confide your fetish in many women as they are unlikely to understand, particularly the dying thing.
