  • That's normal for depression. I can't even keep my room straight so that's a positive for you.

    Try small things each day. Start with showering, three meals and tidying up. Get the mail. Read the mail. Go for a walk. Slowly build up adding one thing each day. It can be really simple like make a phone call etc.

    CBT works wonders. If you can afford it look into that. If you can't afford it read about it online and join a depression forum.
