That's normal for depression. I can't even keep my room straight so that's a positive for you.
Try small things each day. Start with showering, three meals and tidying up. Get the mail. Read the mail. Go for a walk. Slowly build up adding one thing each day. It can be really simple like make a phone call etc.
CBT works wonders. If you can afford it look into that. If you can't afford it read about it online and join a depression forum.
Best of luck. Keep fighting.
That's normal when suffering from depression. What are you doing about the depression?
I feel like there are alot of subconscious feelings I experience everyday. And alot of emotional triggers that make me anxious or sad. I need to figure those out myself though.
Right now I'm trying to really figure out myself. I'm keeping my room organized so I can have a sanctuary, and I utilize coping skills, like drawking, writing and singing. I love writing poems.
Small things use to help, like seeing the dawn of the day, take a coffee really early in the morning with a cigarette, watching the movement of the city. But despite all this, I'm use to depression, emotionless me I like to be sad, I find it more realistic and pacific, I don't like the feeling of anxiety for good things, or be happy
