There is a thing called selective attention, it's easy to explain but will take a while so instead you should look it up, basically the mind blocks more useless things out and concentrates on the more important things, also I was going to suggest memory loss but you say he only forgets things you say so I'm not sure, I wonder if there is a conditional or situational memory loss that only occurs to partners that the people are with? I might have a look into that!:) He could be ignoring you but considering your married this will probably not be the case. Do you go out much, getting out and about with him like a meal or some walks etc may help him remember because he will link it to having a fun time with you :) obviously this is an occational solution because unless you are rich you are more than likely not able to afford it? He could be tone def to the tone that you speak in which is unlikely but could occur? Hopefully I've been some help?:) good luck :)
