Is it normal that when i look deeply into words they become blurry?

When I look into a certain amount of words, a paragraph, a sentence, when I look deeply into it, it just becomes kinda blurry like it's vibrating sort of. But this doesn't happen if I don't look deeply into it. IIN?

    It sounds like you're letting your eyes unfocus.

    Are you high?

    Anything you look at "too hard" or too deeply will become blurry. Your eyes naturally adjust that way.

    When I do that the word starts to look foreign.
