they don't mind it much but in fact edge me more by grinding and molesting me back so its like friends with benefits when i or them (her) is sexually frustrated we go to each other for help kinda but lately i haven't been able to because she got a girlfriend. how can i feel better without her?
You'll have to find another way to relieve your stresses, there isn't always going to be someone to help. Look up online how men calm themselves down/ distract themselves until they can do something about their situation, some of the advice may apply to you.
