Yes; it's normal. And it's a proven fact (or so I learned in psychology) that enough stress can lead to a serious illness such as cancer. It's okay to be under a little stress, as everyone gets stressed out, but if you feel you have too much of it try vacationing or another way to relax, as too much stress can be dangerous.
