Smoke chronic and find a strain of herb that works for you. I, unfortunately, haven't smoked herb in a hella long time but maybe you could pick up a publication like High Times and see if they have any good articles about this sort of thing. Also I would highly recommended incorporating daily exercise into your routine before you fire it up. I've found in my time on this earth that exercising prior to partaking of the herb allowed me to smoke less and get more relaxed. Running, swimming, yoga, meditation and prayer are all great for increasing your mellow.
