I dated a guy like that. He honestly and sincerely loved me and I know that he still does love me, but he just constantly had sex on his mind and to him, it wasn't wrong to bring it up.
I would suggest that you have a talk with him about this. There are some guys that have a very high libido and your boyfriend may be one of them. He probably thinks that this is totally acceptable, but if it makes you feel uncomfortable then he should know this. I'm sure he does not want to offend you.
However, if the foundation of your relationship is built upon sex (as in, you two had sex within a few days of knowing each other, and the majority of what you share together is sexual), then it is to be expected. Just like how two people that met through mountain biking and bond through mountain biking will talk a lot about mountain biking.
