Is it normal that we made out

So I just recently met my cousins in law (it’s complicated) and they are finee!! One of them is my age and the other is two years older than me. I was really interested in the one my age until I figured out he had a girlfriend. So the whole night the older one has been staring at me and when I would catch him, he would quickly look away. Fast forward we’re all in the basement talking about music genres and those who wanted to eat were called up. The older one and I didn’t want to eat so we were left alone. So he got up and sat on the couch next to me and we were just talking about anything. All of a sudden his phone falls. After he picked it up and sat on the couch I realized he was way closer to me than before. (I think he did that on purpose) We were just talking and I could tell his face was getting closer to me everytime he said something. Then I started leaning in and we kissed! I pulled away looked at him and went back in. We made out for a good while. Then It got really passionate he was on top, my hands were in his hair, and he started kissing my neck but we had to stop because someone was coming downstairs. Fast forward before he had to leave he pulled me to the living room while everyone was at the door saying their goodbyes and he pulled me by the waist and kissed me I didn’t want to let go but I had to. I don’t know if anyone caught us the second time but he is such a good kisser!! Is it normal that I made out with my cousin in law??
