Disagree. People who "go out" for a week and then break up sounds like a relashionship without any feelings and just for the sex, and people who're in real relashionships probably do it later because firstly they get to know very well each other and get to fall in love and build a stable relashionship and then begin their sexual life.
Not always the case though. There's a lot of people who wouldn't sleep with someone unless they'd been dating at least a few months. Why would you go out for a week just to have sex? Why would you go out at all? That's not a relationship, that's sex.
Is it normal that we are still virgins?
