    • Groceries are so cheap that food producers compete by putting a subliminal level of sugar in everything. It gets impossible to keep your glucose down. Pre-diabetic A1C levels are running rampant over here. Additionally, cheap corn derived high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) has replaced cane sugar. Non-alcoholic fatty livers are everywhere.

      That's right Dr Tommy, it's a public health disaster. Don't BE like America.
